Ownership of Client Content

Except as otherwise stated in a signed agreement, clients retain ownership of the final content produced for them after all applicable invoices and balances have been paid.

Our underlying business materials, templates, production methods, internal documents, software, processes, preexisting intellectual property, and general know-how remain our property unless specifically transferred in writing.

Submitting a lead form does not create a client relationship or obligate you to purchase services.

LinkedIn requires advertisers using Lead Gen Forms to provide a public privacy-policy URL explaining how submitted information will be used.
